The International Immunocompromised Host Society Lifetime Achievement Award
- This award is presented to an individual for continuous exceptional and noteworthy contributions related to the immunocompromised host.

Nominees must have a strong written recommendation from an active member of the Immunocompromised Host Society (ICHS) which must consist of:
- a detailed description of the nominee’s contributions,
- the reasons why these contributions should be considered worthy of special recognition,
- contributions of the nominee to the ICHS,
- a brief biographical sketch of the nominee,
- a recent CV,
- any other relevant supporting documents.
- The recommendation of a nominee must be supported by two letters seconding the nomination from other active members. The quality of seconding letters is an important factor in choosing an awardee.
- The nominee must be an ICHS member in good standing before the nomination will be accepted.

Members of the ICHS International Council, including the Executive Committee are eligible only after they have left office.
The International Immunocompromised Host Society Junior Investigator Award
- The recipient of this award must be an Instructor, Assistant Professor, or equivalent junior faculty staff member who has demonstrated notable achievements and shows high potential for future contributions related to the immunocompromised host.

Nominees must have a strong written recommendation made by an active member of the Immunocompromised Host Society (ICHS) and which must contain:
- a detailed summary of the nominee’s contributions,
- an explanation of how these contributions are worthy of distinctive recognition,
- a brief biographical sketch of the nominee,
- a recent CV.
- The recommendation of a nominee must be supported by two letters seconding the nomination from other active members. The quality of seconding letters will impact the choice of an awardee.
- The nominee must be an ICHS member in good standing before the nomination will be accepted.
